Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. The most famously known is that she's the host of CNN's morning program At This Hour. Her previous roles included cohost of the CNN weekday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member the award-winning CNN coverage of the 2012 presidential election and in 2016. Bolduan worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC reporting on activities of the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was an active Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar, including events like the debates to increase the federal credit limit or deliberations by the super committee. She also worked as a general-assignment correspondent and reported on topics such as that of the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme court's decision concerning Obamacare as well as the 2009 implementation of the stimulus program.
